How to finalize my order?

Mg-line online store at www.bbscenterlock.com offers 2 payment methods for our customers. You have two options to pay for your order. You can use the fast Paypal payment or manual payment* by bank transfer.

 

*When paying by bank account, we only accept payments in euro.

Fast Paypal payment method

 

You can finalize your order by paying via Paypal. If you do not have an account with Paypal yet, you can set one up at www.paypal.com.

The procedure is very simple! Provide your PayPal login details and password when you are ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount.

 

For data protection reasons, PayPal payments can only be made online.

 

If, due to additional shipping charges or higher VAT rates at the place of delivery, the total order amount exceeds the initial amount displayed online when placing the order, additional payment can be made via PayPal. Mg-line staff will provide you with further information on this subject along with the order confirmation by e-mail.

Manual payment method

You can make a payment to our bank account in a few simple steps:

1. Go to your bank's website and make a bank transfer.

​

2. Enter bank account number and name.

​

3. In the first comment field, enter the order number (5 characters being the order number, also received in the email)

4. If there are additional fields related to the transfer title, enter the name and surname of the customer.

    If there is only one field for the transfer title, enter only the order number.

5. Enter the amount indicated in the email you received from us and complete the transfer.

​

Note: You have 7 days to pay for your order by bank transfer. After this period, the unpaid order will be canceled.

Note : International Shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value. Sellers declare the item's customs value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

- delays from customs inspection.

- import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

- brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

When and how will I receive my refund?

​

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days. For credit card refunds, the refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund. For PayPal refunds, you can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you on your bank details.
